Bentall Kennedy (Canada) LP has purchased the Capilano Business Park in North Vancouver from Triovest Realty Advisors Inc. for $70 million.

The park, located directly south of the Capilano Mall, has three office warehouse buildings. It provides a total of 290,000 square feet of space (split almost equally between office and warehouse uses) to businesses of the North Shore. Units available for lease range from 1,125 to 11,847 square feet.

Property highlights include modern open floor plans, high ceilings in the office area and competitive lease rates.
