CBRE Limited announced the integration of its three Greater Toronto Area (GTA) brokerage offices in an effort to improve commercial real estate services in Canada and the GTA.

From this move comes a new GTA Management team, including Adrian Lee, Greg Clark and Werner Dietl, all of whom will help position a new workplace strategy being rolled out in 2016.

“We have three terrific leaders set to run our offices in the GTA,” said Mark Renzoni president and chief executive officer of CBRE. “Werner Dietl, Greg Clark and Adrian Lee are innovative, entrepreneurial and have outstanding track records as industry leaders. They are going to build upon CBRE’s strengths and help our clients to transform real estate into real advantage.”

Dietl is now managing director of CBRE’s Toronto Downtown office and GTA regional coordinator. He has a passion for innovative real estate solutions and will coordinate CBRE’s business across the GTA.

Clark is managing director of CBRE’s Toronto West office and will use his industrial expertise for Canada’s core industrial market.

“The opportunity to work in Canada’s industrial heartland and lead our Toronto West office is very exciting,” said Clark. “We have an outstanding group of industry veterans and young talent ready to help clients with all their commercial real estate needs.”

Lastly, Lee is the managing director of CBRE’s Toronto North office. He has had a celebrated career in office leasing and is the newest member of the CBRE management team.

“When I joined CBRE a year ago, it felt like coming home,” said Lee. “Now I feel extremely lucky to be leading the skilled team in our Toronto North Office. We are committed to delivering world-class real estate services for our clients.”
