Ivanhoé Cambridge is fueling $200 million into its Montreal Eaton Centre redevelopment as part of the firm's $1-billion plan for Projet Nouveau Centre.

Broccolini has purchased a 135,000 square foot site in downtown Montreal for $100 million. It is said to be the last largest space available.
