The Building Industry and Land Development (BILD) Association handed out its 2013 Associate Awards at its Annual General Meeting on Dec. 4.

Rather than being judged by a traditional panel, nominees were evaluated by their clients. The awards recognize BILD’s associate members that demonstrate quality, service, professionalism, leadership and innovation when working with a builder or renovator.

The winners of this year’s awards were:

• Completely Wired Corporation won the Trade Contractor of the Year award for its professionalism, customer service and ability to meet deadlines.
• Olympia Tile + Stone won its third Manufacture/Supplier of the Year Award. Its clients said the company has a solid foundation of attention to detail, craftsmanship and excellence.
• Peter McCann Architectural Models Inc. was named Service Professional of the Year for its workmanship, detail and capability to consistently meeting tight deadlines.
