Fitzrovia has completed the initial closing of DevCore Fund, which focuses on the development of purpose-built rental housing in the GTA.

Gatineau-based Devcore has unveiled plans to invest up to $1 billion on a new hotel and thousands of residential units at the site of the Nav Centre in Cornwall.
