Work on the facility will start this year, and include the demolition of two wings of an old building and construction of the new facility. It is expected to be completed by 2017.

Construction services will be delivered through a joint venture between Balfour Beatty Construction and Ledcor Design Build. Design is being provided in a partnership between Zimmer Gunsul Frasca Architects (ZGF) LLP and CEI Architecture.

The total cost of the three-phase redevelopment project is estimated to be $676 million.
