Canada, Ontario, and the City of Toronto have each pledged $325 million to accelerate Waterfront Toronto's revitalization, which includes building affordable housing.

Led by developers Lifetime Developments and Diamondcorp, the design comes from Canada-based Wallman Architects.

Plans entail meeting Passive House and Zero Carbon standards, while setting new benchmarks in sustainability.

With the support of the Government of Canada, Toronto's shoreline protection infrastructure will undergo extensive rehabilitation.
