Two new condos planned for the east and west ends of Toronto's Adelaide Street promise “contrasting takes on downtown urban living.”

Toronto developer North Drive has revealed a sneak peek of its new multi-residential project slated for the city's Summerhill neighbourhood.

Called 11 Yorkville, the 62-storey development is a joint venture between RioCan Living, Metropia, and Capital Developments, and will introduce 593 suites and retail outlets to the iconic street.

Led by Graywood Developments, 250 Lawrence is a 9-storey residential development with views overlooking the Douglas Greenbelt and the Avenue and Lawrence area.
