Prima Living completes a $118-million deal to acquire nine seniors residences, encompassing 689 suites, from Chartwell Retirement Residences.

Chartwell Retirement Residences is aiming to educate seniors and their adult children about retirement living through a new national advertising campaign.

Chartwell announced that it has entered into a partnership with EMD-Batimo Inc. to develop a new independent living retirement residence in the community of Vaudreuil-Dorion, Quebec.

Amica Mature Lifestyles Inc. and BayBridge Seniors Housing Inc. have entered into an agreement pursuant to which BayBridge will acquire Amica, owner and operator of 26 luxury seniors residences across Ontario, British Columbia and Alberta.
