Scotia Plaza's 40 King St. West building in Toronto has become the largest certified zero carbon building in Canada at more than 1.5 million square feet.

Dream Office Reit is selling a portfolio of office properties, and a 50 per cent stake in Scotia Plaza for $1.7 billion.
