From its dramatic curb appeal to its sophisticated art-centric interior, RioCan Living has created a unique experience at FourFifty The Well in Toronto.

Called 11 Yorkville, the 62-storey development is a joint venture between RioCan Living, Metropia, and Capital Developments, and will introduce 593 suites and retail outlets to the iconic street.

RioCan Living announced it is preparing to lease-up its first rental development, eCentral, in midtown Toronto. The 466-unit, purpose-built rental located at Yonge and Eglinton accounts for a fifth of its 2,300 rental units currently under construction.

RioCan’s new residential brand, RioCan Living, formally launched today with eight projects currently in development. The new brand intends to deliver "best-in-class" purpose-built rental units and condos along Canada’s most prominent transit corridors.
