Home sales in Metro Vancouver continued to decrease in May 2018, reports the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver (REBGV).

In March 2018, the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver reported 2,517 residential home sales, down 29.7 per cent compared to March 2017's 3,579 sales.

September 2016 saw Metro Vancouver home sales fall to 2,253, a 32.6 per cent drop compared to the 3,345 sales recorded in September 2015.

For the second month in a row, home sales in Metro Vancouver have slowed considerably, returning to more typical levels for the month.
