In partnership with Mizrahi Developments, London-based Foster + Partners recently unveiled their design plans for "The One," a development which, if approved by City Council, will feature Canada's second tallest tower next to the CN Tower. Following a successful approval process, the 80-storey mixed-use development will be constructed at 1 Bloor St. W, the site of Toronto’s historic Stollerys retail shop.
