Since the LTB moved its hearings online, things have gotten worse for one of Ontario's busiest tribunals, and now city councillors are moving to bring back in-person hearings.

In his latest bulletin, Joe Hoffer of Cohen Highley LLP, says landlords should expect LTB hearings to resume in September, once the backlog of pending eviction orders has cleared.
