A tower on Montreal's South Shore will be the tallest residential project in the area.

The first tower of Sir Charles Condominiums broke ground this month. Devimco Immobilier's $800-million, transit-oriented development is said to be the largest real estate project in the history of Longueuil.

Devimco Immobilier has joined forces with the City of Longueuil on the development of a major mixed-use project above the Longueuil–Université-de-Sherbrooke métro station.
