City Centre 5 in Surrey's Health and Technology District will feature new student housing for Western Community College.

Construction of the 23-storey City Centre 4 (CC4) in Surrey's Health and Technology District (HTD) is underway.

Construction has begun on City Centre 3, the next phase of the Lark Group’s Health and Technology District development in Surrey.

Safe Software will be the anchor tenant at City Centre 2 building, developed by Lark Group. The tech firm will occupy 54,000 square feet of space.
