Proposed omnibus legislation extends the Nova Scotia government's oversight of the planning and housing approval process in Halifax and includes a tweak to the Condominium Act.

Newly introduced Bill 329 includes dozens of amendments to the Halifax Regional Municipality Charter to impose new requirements and give the Province more authority over planning and development.
