Thirty‑two municipalities have met or exceeded their Housing Accelerator Fund (HAF) commitments, making them eligible for additional federal reinvestment.

Known as Baydo Apartments, the project will rise at 6616 and 6630 Telford Avenue in the Burnaby neighbourhood of Metrotown.

Launched in March 2023, the Housing Accelerator Fund (HAF) is on track to expedite the construction of more than 112,000 new homes by 2028.
