Greybrook Realty Partners is expanding into Toronto's Stockyards District neighbourhood alongside developer Marlin Spring, with a $20-million investment in a mid-rise condo project.

The property is one of several sites in the Bloor-Yorkville area in which Greybrook is actively developing, including the “Vertical Forest,” a residential building intended to support more than 350 tall trees on the exterior balconies.

The Stockyards District Residences will offer 236 suites within Toronto's emerging Stockyards neighbourhood.
