Capital Developments recently launched the project, with Diamond Schmitt designing the flatiron-style building to overlook the Rosedale Ravine.

Arcadis designed the tower, with Cecconi Simone overseeing interiors that blend residential living and hospitality.

Once complete, the tower will feature 593 residences, 43,000 square foot, double-storey retail space, and a brand-new city parkette.
