The Ford government is seeking to enact a “Minister's regulation-making authority” to streamline and regulate municipal rental replacement bylaws.

Vancouver City Council has for a second time extended the implementation of the city's new building bylaw, giving builders an additional six months — until Jan. 1, 2015 — to prepare.
