Graham announced that the 16th Avenue at 29th Street Pedestrian Overpass was substantially completed and has officially opened to the public.

The Arthur J.E. Child Comprehensive Cancer Centre will open in Calgary. It is the largest cancer treatment and research facility in Canada.
