Tom D. Falls and John G. Crombie have both been appointed as senior vice-presidents of the retail division at Triovest Realty Advisors.

Falls stepped into the role of senior vice-president of retail earlier this year, while Crombie is now senior vice-president of retail leasing for Canada.

“Triovest relaunched the Retail Leasing Group earlier this year under Tom’s leadership; the appointment of John—a prominent member of our industry—enables Triovest to expand its leadership capabilities and bring greater value to our clients,” says Kim McInnes, president and chief executive officer of Triovest Realty Advisors.

Falls joined Triovest as vice-president of retail asset management and has more than 25 years of real estate experience, including 15 in shopping centre operations and management. He now leads Triovest’s leasing, tenant coordination, construction and lease administration and asset management.

Before joining the company, Crombie was senior managing director of retail services for Cushman & Wakefield. He also has more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate. In his current role, he is now responsible for retailer relations and business development.
