Pinnacle SkyTower reaches 106-storey milestone

Thursday, March 5, 2026

Pinnacle SkyTower, part of the Pinnacle One Yonge site in downtown Toronto, has topped off at 106 storeys, officially making it the tallest tower in Canada and the first residential building in North America to reach that height.

Set to be completed in 2026, the building will be home to 958 residential units, the new Le Méridien Toronto Pinnacle Hotel, and 80,000 square feet of amenities. Its highest floor is in line with the CN Tower’s main observation level.

“Now that we’ve reached the 106 storey mark, you can really feel the momentum accelerating.” remarks Anson Kwok, vice president, sales and marketing at Pinnacle International, “Pinnacle SkyTower offers the exclusive opportunity to live in a fully customized home in the tallest building in Canada, creating a new standard for luxury living in Toronto.”

Designed by Hariri Pontarini Architects, the building features a 12-sided, tapered design with an aerodynamic profile and is defined by high-quality materials, and amenities including a restaurant on the top floor. Due to its height, unrestricted views are a key highlight, with balconies spanning up to the 88th floor and impressive floor-to-ceiling windows.

Last year, the project reached a historic milestone as the first building in Canada to hit 100 storeys
