Almadev has unveiled LSQ2, its second condo rising in the 15-acre Lansing Square development in North York.

The 30-storey tower will bring another 338 units to the Sheppard and Victoria Park community alongside LSQ1, a 462-unit condo that was announced earlier this year. The LSQ mixed-use community is taking shape in the Consumer Road Business Park neighbourhood and will  bring commercial and retail space to the area in addition to 1,600 residences.

LSQ2 is the second building coming to Lansing Square.

Amenities at LSQ2 include dedicated children’s play areas, a games room, sauna and steam facilities, an indoor-outdoor fitness area,  indoor and outdoor lounges and party areas, a BBQ area, a dining room, a co-working lounge, a recording/podcast studio, a pet wash station and a media room and sports lounge.

There will also be mail and parcel storage, lockers, dedicated concierge services, on-site bike storage, electric vehicle charging stations, and exclusive resident-only shuttle service connecting the community to Don Mills TTC Station.

Wallman Architects, with interiors by Truong Ly Design, is envisioning an outdoor courtyard, that easily connects the two condos and leads directly to the community’s 1.2-acre public park with public art. Retail space grounding LSQ2 will open out to the courtyard.

“ LSQ2 and LSQ1 are both aligned under the same vision, setting the architectural standard for the entire community,” said Rod Pell, architect at Wallman Architects. “With a shared commitment to creating visually-captivating and functional living spaces, we’ve strived to craft buildings that not only complement its surroundings but enhance it.”
