Fast + Epp has promoted Tina Webb to director of building information modelling (BIM) from BIM manager.

Based in Nanaimo, Webb is a certified structural technologist with more than 25 years of experience working on structural projects and more than 15 years specializing in BIM.

Webb is a certified structural technologist with more than 25 years’ experience, including more than 15 specializing in BIM. She worked for Stantec and Herold Engineering before joining Fast + Epp in 2023 as BIM manager. Her goal-oriented approach and problem-solving skills have been instrumental in developing dynamic BIM models, driving increased efficiency and precision across projects, and introducing workflows that enhance processes.

Beyond her role with the firm, Webba is a passionate advocate for women in engineering and construction. She actively mentors through initiatives with ASTTBC and Women in Construction, serves on the ASTTBC Foundation board, and holds certification as a BIM Professional with Building Transformations. Her leadership extends into the professional community through her involvement in BIMbc and Women in Construction Nanaimo, where she continues to inspire and support peers in the industry.
