Cushman & Wakefield realigns management

Cushman & Wakefield has realigned its national management team.

Hendrik Zessel has been appointed executive managing director and Western Canada leader. In addition to his current Vancouver market leadership, me will now oversee all operations in Western Canada, including Calgary.

Stefan Teague will leverage his client management skills to organize around the firm’s key relationships in the GTA market as executive managing director and GTA market leader.

Michael Caplice, formerly market leader for the GTA, is now the executive managing director and national operations leader. Caplice will oversee the implementation of national programs and will be responsible for executing strategic initiatives, driving broker productivity, and structuring the firm’s business development activity around its clients.

“This team has the exciting mandate to push the boundaries in growing the firm: retaining and recruiting the best people in the market, building a winning culture, and finding significant areas where we can invest in our platform to bolster our Canadian operations and I can’t wait to get started,” said Chuck Scott, chief executive officer Canada.
