CBRE hires East Canada workplace strategy head

CBRE Limited has hired Lisa Fulford-Roy as Managing Director in Workplace Strategy for Eastern Canada. Fulford-Roy brings over 20 years of experience to the role. Most recently, she supported clients with unique business-aligned workplace solutions at HOK, a global design, architecture, engineering and planning firm.

Thanks to her vast knowledge and understanding of the commercial real estate market, Fulford-Roy has been highly sought after to consult on leading projects across the industry. In her new role, Lisa’s expertise and industry relationships will assist her in advancing CBRE’s Occupier Initiative in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada’s largest real estate market. The Occupier Initiative brings together CBRE’s expertise in Brokerage, Workplace Strategy, Project Management and Business Transition & Move Management into a single solution to help clients make decisions.

Fulford-Roy joins a team of Workplace Strategy professionals across the company, including Loren Bergmann as head of Workplace Strategy in Western Canada. Together, they will work closely with the Global Workplace Strategy team led by Lenny Beaudoin to leverage best practices and further the power of CBRE’s global platform.
