This new and notable transaction is 145 Elinor Ave., located east of Pharmacy Avenue and south of Ellesmere Road in Toronto. The property has a total of 21 two-storey townhouse units.

The property was purchased by a local, private investor for a total consideration of $3.3 million, representing a price per unit of $157,143. Developed in 1961, the property contains 12 two-bedroom units, eight three-bedroom units and one four-bedroom unit. The transaction was brokered by Skyview Realty Ltd.
