The Randall Residences, a luxury condominium development in Oakville, O.N., has entered construction. The amenity-rich project by Rosehaven Homes, inspired by Parisian Beaux Arts architecture, is over 60 per cent sold and only three of ten two-storey penthouse suites remain available for purchase.

Located at 145 Reynolds St., the condo is comprised of 36 suites ranging from 1,807 to 3,232 square feet in size. Units feature 12-foot-high ceilings, custom plaster cornice moldings, vintage stained oak hardwood flooring, marble slab flooring and bespoke furniture finished kitchen cabinetry. All suites will also be equipped with ELAN g! Home Automation Systems, allowing residents to turn their units into smart homes. Penthouse suites include internal staircases and private rooftop terraces.
