Denis Perrault is joining Avison Young as managing director of its Quebec operations. The Ivanhoe Cambridge veteran and Nobel REIT board of trustees member has more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience.

Perrault will be overseeing Avison Young’s day-to-day operations in Quebec, with the goal of expanding the firm’s presence in Canada’s second most populous province.
